Products

The Contrast Cat creates and sells original artwork, stickers, and other products. Because products are produced in small quantities, minor variations in appearance may occur. Colors (despite being black and white) may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Orders and Payments

When placing an order, please make sure the information you provide is accurate and complete so we can properly process and fulfill your order.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through Squarespace Payments and/or its payment processing partners.

The Contrast Cat may need to cancel or decline an order in situations such as suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, inventory issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling an order. If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the payment will be refunded.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All sales are final. Because our products are made and sold in small quantities, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If an item arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or you encounter any other issues with your order, please reach out as soon as possible with your order information and, if applicable, photographs of the issue. We’ll take a look and do our best to find a reasonable solution.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are described in the Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, logos, text, and other original content on this website are owned by The Contrast Cat unless otherwise stated.

Please do not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use The Contrast Cat’s artwork or other content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright of the artwork to the purchaser.

Please use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage, interfere with, or disrupt the website or its services.
